AMAZON customers are racing to pick up an Android smartphone that is scanning at the checkout for less than £90.
The online retailer has slashed the cost of the Honor X6b smartphone by an impressive 31%, taking the total cost down from £129.99 to just £89.99.

Although Honor may not be a name you’re familiar with, its Android smartphones are well worth checking out.
The brand has been creating smartphones since 2013, so they’re not newbies to the smartphone game, but could easily be overlooked.
We’ve seen its devices on sale before, with our Deputy Ecommerce Editor, Matt Breen, spotting its flagship Honor 200 Pro and the Honor 90, both on sale and impressing shoppers.
The latest deal I’ve spotted comes on the Honor X6b on sale for £89.99, down from just shy of £130 on Amazon.
Naturally, with any device under the £100 mark, it’s best to approach with caution, but among the mix are some gems like this deal.
The X6b is aimed at the budget market, but with a 6.56-inch FullView display for your on-the-go streaming and gaming needs, it by no means compromises on quality.
For reference, that screen is around the same size as the Samsung Galaxy A25, but with a more than 40% price difference, which can’t be ignored.
Granted, the specs will differ, but, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re looking for a larger screen without your wallet taking a hit.
The Honor X6b also comes with a triple camera system, comprised of the 50MP main camera and a slightly less impressive 2MP macro and depth camera respectively.
That said, despite that price tag, you’ll get 128GB of storage, which is on par with the base models of more expensive brands like Apple and Samsung.
The X6b also comes with a battery that can go the distance, packing a 5200mAh battery that can support hours of streaming, browsing social media, and more.
It comes SIM-free, so it can be used with any network provider, giving you the option to keep your current provider or shop around for a better deal.
Tech fans who have already purchased the discounted device have left an array of positive reviews on the Amazon website.
One shopper said: ‘This is my first smartphone and it all works flawlessly, I’ve had tablets before but with different Android so takes some getting used to the new system.
‘The camera is good enough, can’t expect it to be as good as expensive phones but gets the job done.
‘Apart from having better cameras on other phones costing 10 times more makes me wonder why even bother with expensive phones.
‘This works amazing, this week I’ve [been] watching videos on Youtube, using Instagram or a few apps I used all works fine and it has great battery life, although it doesn’t come with a plug just a USB cable which I put into an old plug from my tablet.’
Meanwhile, a second review read: ‘Outstanding phone. If there’s a better value, full-function phone with this build quality, I’d be surprised.
