WE’VE stumbled upon an Android mobile deal on Amazon, perfect for those after solid features without a hefty price tag.
Shoppers are rushing to snag the Motorola Moto G53 for a steal at just £119: that’s a respectable 37% off the usual price.

I spotted this winner on Amazon’s movers and shakers list: it’s proving a huge hit with shoppers.
While the Motorola name may be a blast from the past, its handsets have come a long way from the beloved flip phones of the Noughties.
The Moto G53 even outperforms some much pricier names like Apple on features, all while remaining below the £200 mark.
But right now, thanks to a nice little saving from Amazon, you can pick it up for just £119, pocketing yourself just shy of £71 (not bad if we do say so).
The handset also flaunts a large 6.5-inch screen for an ‘expansive view’ that maximizes your screen space, better still, the 120Hz display is twice as fast as the latest iPhone 15.
While we’re on the topic, it’s worth noting that while the iPhone 15 is undoubtedly a beautiful handset, it’s not as responsive and comes at a much higher price, even on sale right now at a whopping £699.
You’ll also get a 50MP camera system that includes a Macro Vision lens for detailed close-ups, and a 5000mAh battery lasting well over 24 hours.
We often see Android handsets delivering for budget shoppers and this deal is reminiscent of one I covered just last week on the Samsung Galaxy A34 reduced from £447 to £184.
Much like the Moto G53, it boasts a 5000mAh battery and an equally speedy 120Hz display, but there are a few differences.
While the Galaxy A34 boasts a slightly larger 6.6-inch AMOLED screen, its comparable 48MP camera doesn’t shine as brightly on paper.
The Moto G53 pulls ahead with its detailed zoom capability and stronger lens, making it a top pick for budget-conscious shoppers in search of premium specs, especially for the amateur photographer.
That said, the Galaxy A34 remains an excellent handset, and the impressive discount is still available, although the price is slowly creeping up. If you’re considering it, get it while the going is good.
The Moto G53 deserves a nod for its impressive 4.4-out-of-5-star rating on Amazon. Although we haven’t had the chance to test it ourselves, the glowing reviews from satisfied customers speak for themselves.
One shopper praised the handset as “intuitive and classy,” going on to say: “I’m won over to Motorola as this phone is well-made, easy to use, excellent camera, high-quality screen, really good storage etc, on a par with other high-end brand phones but way more affordable.”
Another wrote: “Great phone, this is the latest in a long line of Motorolas I have owned and it’s the best yet by some margin. It has a great quality feel about it, very responsive screen and all of the features I could possibly ever want.”
