I’VE discovered a treat for Android lovers needing a new phone – customers love it, but it’s from a brand you’ve probably never heard of.
Amazon has dropped the price of the Blackview Wave 6C smartphone by 37%, taking the total cost down from £119.99 to just £75.

Tech lovers and anyone who likes to keep up with the best and latest smartphones are well aware there’s a huge sea of Android devices on the market.
Titans like Samsung and Google obviously dominate that space, but if you keep an eye out for some of the lesser-known brands, you can save a huge chunk of change while still picking up some pretty relevant tech.
Blackview offers a wide range of affordable Android devices and focuses on durable and reliable phones minus the heart attack price tags.
Admittedly, the Blackview Wave 6C is an undeniably budget-end device at £75, so don’t expect it to come with all the fancy AI tools and photo-improving features we’re seeing in the latest iPhone.
What you do get, though, is a battery larger than all the current flagships from Samsung and Apple, with the Wave 6C clocking in at 5,100mAh.
That means 22 hours of calls and 8 hours of video streaming before you need to recharge – more than enough for a full day of usage.
If you are looking for a device that can handle some mobile gaming, you can always expand the RAM for an enhanced experience.
Just because it’s miles cheaper than a flagship doesn’t mean you’re not going to get a decent screen.
The 6.5-inch HD screen will not compete with high-end devices like the iPhone 15 Plus, but it will certainly bring to life photos, videos, and movies.
In terms of camera quality, the Blackview is equipped with an 8MP main camera. While that’s not the highest-level mobile camera out there, it’s paired with enhanced image processing algorithms to help boost the quality of photos taken.
I’ve not tested the Wave 6C myself, but as there are a ton of positive reviews on the Amazon website.
One shopper states it’s a ‘beautiful, sleek and lightweight phone.’
Another excitedly notes: ‘This phone is fantastic, the best Blackview phone I’ve had to this date.’
‘Its value for money, speed, screen size, picture quality, camera, and ease of use is exceptional.’

Blackview isn’t the only company making exceptional phones that won’t break the bank either.
In fact, last week, Tech Writer Tom Tyers discovered the little-known Umidigi G3 is marked down from £89.99 to just £76.49.
But if your budget can stretch a bit further, Honor has a mid-range Android smartphone that Amazon has put on sale for 47% less, meaning the total is just £159.
