WE’VE spotted a great Amazon deal on a drone, which looks perfect for beginners and kids taking their first steps into flying.
Shoppers can grab the DEERC D20 Mini Drone for just £31.98, marked down from its regular price of £59.99.

Amazon has advertised a sale price of £39.98, but if you click on the box that reads ‘Apply 20% voucher’ you can save extra at the checkout.
I stumbled upon this gem while browsing Amazon’s best-selling remote and app-controlled drones list—an excellent place for anyone diving into the world of drones.
The DEERC D20 features a 720P HD Wi-Fi camera, allowing budding aviators to snap aerial photos and videos. Better still, with the FPV transmission, they can view the action in real-time through a smartphone app.
Granted, it doesn’t match high-end DJI models with 4K video and a hefty price tag, but it ticks all the boxes for those starting out or families looking for a bit of fun.
That said, for under £100, I’m pretty impressed to see it comes with voice commands like “Take off” and “Landing,” and even gesture commands for selfies, meaning you get the bang for your buck.
You’ll also get two rechargeable batteries, each offering up to 20 minutes of flight time per charge, so there’s less time waiting and more time soaring.
This drone also has plenty of safety features for parents’ peace of mind too, including a One Key Start and Landing button, Altitude Hold for steady footage, a low power alarm, an emergency stop, and propeller guards for added protection.
The drone comes with a solid 3.9-star rating on Amazon, with shoppers praising its user-friendly design for kids, high quality, and entertainment value.
Although we haven’t tested it ourselves, the positive reviews look encouraging.
One shopper praised it as “perfect for kids,” adding: “This is a really fun, nimble and sturdy little drone. It feels really responsive to your control inputs and you never feel like it’s getting away from you.”
Another wrote: “This great little toy drone is a fantastic sturdy little flier that is well-made and can withstand crashes with prop guards on. The kids will crash it, but it just takes it no problem.”
