But don’t let that deter you. I’ve come across this brand before, and while it’s not a mainstream name, those who take the plunge are left impressed.
From my experience with similar deals, this laptop offers a lot of those solid features that make it an incredible bargain at this price.
Under the hood, the Jumper is driven by the Intel Celeron J4105 processor, offering a solid 2.5GHz performance.
While this speed is typical for a laptop in this class and matches what you’d find in Dell or HP’s budget models, it’s a real bargain for just over £200.

Of course, it’s always a wise move to do your homework with any tech purchase, especially with a brand that isn’t backed by a long-standing reputation.
That said, with a solid 4.4 out of 5-star rating from users, it’s clear the Jumper is doing something right.
Taking to the Amazon site to review the laptop, one shopper left a five-star rating and said: ‘I have been very impressed with this new laptop. It is fast and responsive at many tasks and was a doddle to set up.’
Another dubbed it ‘great value’, adding: ‘This computer performs really well. It has a rapid startup, plenty of storage and runs everything I need quickly without buffering.’
They continued: ‘I just do routine office work with some PowerPoint and Word with a few video conferences thrown in and it just does what it is supposed to do. For the money, I think it’s unbeatable.’
Some shoppers confessed they were a bit sceptical about trying out a brand they didn’t know.
