THE AMAZON Spring Deals Sale in underway, and we’ve already found an excellent deal on Google’s flagship smartphone

The Amazon Spring Sale starts in a matter of hours, but the retail giant has already dropped a handful of fantastic deals ahead of of the big event.
The retailer’s Spring Deal Days event began on Wednesday an and ends next Monday (March 25th).
One of the most exciting deals we’ve seen so far is the price drop on this top-of-the-line Google mobile.
We’re always happy to see a £150 discount on a flash, premium Android smartphone like this.
The Pixel 8 Pro – which was released last October – offers Google’s latest processor, the mighty Tensor G3 chip, for some serious firepower under the hood.
It also houses Google’s AI assistant for crystal-clear photos and Google’s Best Take, a feature that allows you to merge similar images together so everyone looks their best in the group pic.
With an immersive 6.7-inch screen (that’s 0.6-inches bigger than the iPhone 15 Pro) and a refresh rate that automatically adjusts between 1-120Hz depending on what you’re doing, you can be sure you’re in for some of the smoothest scrolling, gaming or streaming you’ll find currently on the market.
If you’re glued to your phone, the Pixel 8 Pro won’t die on you when you’re out and about since the Adaptive Battery can last over 24 hours.
If, for any reason, that’s not quite enough, the Extreme Battery saver can last up to 72 hours.
This is actually one of a number of discount on Google phones available on Amazon right now: you’ll find the predecessor Pixel 7 Pro reduced from £949 to £565.
The standard Pixel 8 has also been discounted from £759 to £659– by contrast to the Pro’s 6.7-inch display, it’s got a smaller 6.2-inch screen.
